According to reports, the emergency services responded to the reports of a trapped by a forklift at the Tip Top bread factory at Muir Rd, Chullora in Sydney’s west in the early hours of Thursday, November 24, 2022, at around 4 AM. Later, it was confirmed that the worker died after getting trapped by a forklift as it caused him several injuries. To mourn the worker’s death, the factory management said that the bread deliveries will be impacted the next two days.
