EPNS Changes Its Name to Push Protocol to Move Beyond Ethereum

On this day, Ethereum Push Notification Service (EPNS) formally announced that it completed the process of rebranding its official name to Push Protocol. This exercise had been put in place to facilitate them from surpassing the Ethereum platform to gain access and be connected to other blockchains successfully and, in the process, be in the position of teaching all measures related to communications.

However, under the circumstances, the present channels, all notifications, the $PUSH token, and the various apps will not be affected under the circumstances. To claim a bigger picture, with this rebranding exercise, The doorway will be opened to bring in the next level of scattered and circulated pieces of communication, so far as Web3 is concerned.

To correctly comprehend the focussed mindset behind the rebranding exercise from EPNS to Push Protocol, the process began some time back, is to be in a position to surpass the boundaries and limitations of Ethereum and move on to various other L1s and L2s platforms.

The other prime factor is also to effectively surpass push notifications and adapt all other means of communication. However, despite all of this, the new entity Push protocol will still hold on to the activities of upgradation and connected progress in all related matters, with the assistance of pliable decentralized middleware, which in turn will help in creating effective solutions, where decentralized communications are concerned, coupled with smoothing involved problematic areas.

Justifiably, the Push Protocol camp is abuzz with great expectation and excitement in considering what the future holds and the multiple options opening up before them.
